The NIH Wants Your Two Cents

The Drugmonkey blog is calling upon readers to make their voices heard by responding to the NIH's recently posted "Request for Information" which seeks opinions and "creative suggestions" regarding its support of biomedical and behavioral research. The request, which is open to anyone from researchers to Joe Average taxpayers, asks respondents to describe specific problems with the two-tiered peer review process and the current array of grant mechanisms, and provide possible solutions, even if they involve (gasp) "a radical change to the current approach."
